"Staff on front desk could have been more welcoming and helpful. The manager was very aggresive towards another customer in front of us which was quite distressing. The breakfast amenities were apalling so we always bought breakfast away from the hotel. The cleaning staff were very polite respectful and efficent. The rooms were excellent and good value."
